The American Dream in The Eyes of Immigrants Podcast Won Another Award

A few months ago, I submitted the podcast for the Women Who Podcast Magazine Podcast Awards. They had different categories, and I chose "Service to Others.” I had to upload a ten-minute clip of one episode. I chose episode 86, which featured Sandy Dang. She and her family came to the United States as refugees from the Vietnam War when she was 13. However, first, they were refugees in Hong Kong, living in a huge warehouse that had been converted into a refugee center. And Sandy now has a non-profit organization that helps other refugees as well. You can listen to her whole story here -

On Monday night, I received an email confirming that I had own third place in the category, but I needed to wait to announce the win online until they made the official announcement! Well, the cat’s out of the bag and I am SO EXCITED to share that The American Dream in The Eyes of Immigrants Podcast is officially a 2x Award Winning Podcast!!!!!!!!!

I still cannot believe this but I am so grateful to all the guests who are courageous enough to share their immigration story, I am grateful to you, the listeners for your continuous support every week and always so grateful to God who has blessed this podcast so much and is always working behind-the-scenes to make the show what it is!!!!!
